Triple Chocolate Chunk Cookies

These are the absolute best chocolate cookies that there are. Loaded with white sugar, white flour, and butter. Be careful, they are addictive.

Triple Chocolate Chunk Cookies
makes about 4 dozen minis or 2 dozen 2"-3" cookies

1/2 cup butter, softened
1 c white sugar
4 oz unsweetened baking chocolate, melted in a double boiler.
2 eggs
2 t vanilla extract
1/2 t baking soda
1 1/2 cups unbleached white flour
1 cup white chocolate chunks
1 cup bittersweet chocolate chunks

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Cream butter, sugar, and melted baking chocolate. Stir in eggs and vanilla and beat until smooth.

Sprinkle baking soda over the mixture. Slowly blend in flour until just incorporated. Fold in chocolate chunks.

Drop dough onto parchment about 1 Tbsp at a time for minis, about 2-3 Tbsp at a time for larger cookies. Leave about an inch between cookies.

Bake 8-10 minutes. Don't overbake. Cool on a cooling rack and store in an airtight container.

I'm not usually that big on sweets myself, but these are so worth it. I make them small to keep myself under control ;)
